Sound
Experience.

A private sound healing session is not a performance and not a preset playlist. The practitioner works with what they perceive in you — what is present, what needs support, what is ready to move. The instruments, the sequence, the duration of each element are all responsive.

A private sound healing experience — Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and tuning forks create a living frequency field for one or two people. Deeply intimate, restorative, and often profoundly visionary. The body absorbs sound at a cellular level; nothing is required except presence.

I. The Invitation

A practitioner
who responds to

you specifically.

A private sound healing session is not a performance and not a preset playlist. The practitioner works with what they perceive in you — what is present, what needs support, what is ready to move. The instruments, the sequence, the duration of each element are all responsive.

This is what distinguishes private work from group experiences. In a group sound bath, the practitioner addresses the collective field. In a private session, everything is oriented to you: the frequencies chosen, the placement of instruments, the moments of silence that are as deliberate as the sound.

Guests who have experienced both consistently describe the private session as categorically more penetrating.

II. A Note on Mechanism

The full attention of the instruments.
A private session reaches differently.

The responsiveness of a private session is not simply a matter of personalisation. A skilled sound practitioner is continuously reading the recipient's state — breath, muscle tension, skin colour, subtle movement — and adjusting what they offer in real time. This feedback loop is not possible in a group context and changes the quality of what the instruments produce.

The placement of instruments directly on or near the body — particularly tuning forks at specific anatomical landmarks — also produces effects that are simply not available in a group session. The physical contact between instrument and body creates local resonance effects that distance sound cannot.

III. Before & After

How to prepare
(it's simple).

The session works best when the body has room to receive it. A few small choices in the hours around your visit make a surprisingly large difference.

ARRIVE
Without a specific goal if possible. Intentions are welcome, but the work often addresses something other than what you expect.
WEAR
Comfortable clothes. You will lie on a treatment table.
AFTER
Give yourself time before re-engaging with ordinary demands. Integration matters.
In Case You're Wondering

Frequently
asked
questions.

How is a private session different from a group sound bath?+

In a private session, the practitioner can see, hear, and respond to you directly. Instruments are placed on and around your body, chosen for what you specifically need. It is not a performance — it is a treatment.

What should I set as an intention?+

Anything or nothing. Some people arrive with a specific question; others simply arrive with an open body. Both are equally valid starting points.

How many sessions do I need?+

One session produces a meaningful shift for most people. Those dealing with chronic stress or specific issues often benefit from a series.
