Sedona Heartfelt Journeys offers wellness experiences intended to support relaxation and personal wellbeing. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether an experience is appropriate for you and for sharing relevant needs or limitations before participation. In an emergency, contact emergency services rather than relying on this website or our messaging channels.

A reservation is subject to availability and is confirmed only when the booking flow indicates confirmation. Some experiences require practitioner confirmation before payment or final confirmation. Please provide accurate contact and participant information and arrive according to the instructions provided for your visit.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or arrival conditions presented during booking or confirmed directly with you apply to that reservation. We will not add a fee or policy that was not disclosed to you.

Prices shown during booking are presented in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment transactions may be handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy. You authorize the applicable disclosed charge when you submit payment.

The Sedona Heartfelt Journeys SMS Program is operated by Om Space, LLC dba Sedona Heartfelt Journeys. Guests opt in by providing their mobile number through our booking form and submitting a reservation request after the SMS disclosure shown beside the phone field. Practitioners opt in verbally during onboarding or scheduling. Messages may include appointment requests, secure accept-or-decline links, reservation confirmations and updates, payment links, scheduling details, and practitioner coordination. This program sends transactional messages only and does not send promotional marketing.

Message frequency varies according to booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Reply STOP to cancel and opt out at any time. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email reservations@sedonaheartfeltjourneys.com for support. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

The website's text, design, photography, graphics, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Sedona Heartfelt Journeys and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit that content without permission.

Our website may rely on or link to services operated by others, such as payment, communications, mapping, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, availability, content, or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website, including uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.
